Since 2002 Kara has practiced massage — first in New York and now in Madison, WI. She has worked in many different industries including spas, yoga studios, hotels like the Ritz Carlton, and of course private practice. No matter what the industry, her intention has always been to help her clients heal and attain better health.
She specializes in working with pregnant woman, survivors of abuse and people with chronic health conditions. Since she has life experience in these areas, she knows what you’re going through — without your having to explain. In other words, I understand and I’m here to help.
