Strong Like Mom Run Club

Strong Like Mom Running Club is a complimentary running group dedicated to providing community, education, and support for people staying active during pregnancy and returning to running postpartum.

How is our group pregnancy and postpartum-friendly?

  • Our coach has extensive training in prenatal and postpartum fitness
  • Our routes are out-and back letting you choose your own distance (up to 5k) and pace
  • Our group is stroller-friendly so you can run alone or with your little one
  • Our community can empathize with the unique challenges of staying active during this phase of life

What if I am not pregnant or recently postpartum but this sounds like the group for me? Fantastic! We would love to have you join us on a run.

We will meet at Haumea every Wednesday, 6pm (weather permitting) to check-in, share
announcements, provide route information, warm up, and then head out to run/walk. Please plan to return to Haumea by 6:50pm to check-out and cool down.

Safety Information

  • Please sign up, so we know who is in attendance and have your contact information for time-sensitive communication
  • Plan to “check-in” and “check-out” at every run, so we know who is still on the course
  • Remember your headlamps, reflective gear, and wearable lights for you and your stroller (if applicable)
  • If you have any medical concerns about your readiness to participate in this group, please talk to your care provider before attending
